The auction of a repair service is no different than any eBay listing transaction, which is a binding contract good for 180 days (6 months).  After 180 days, your repair coupon expires. What if you can't repair my unit ? In very rare cases, a unit may be deemed uneconomical for repair (1%).  If this happens, we'll notify you via email. Important note: Please do not send us equipment that has been unsuccessfully repaired by someone else (we can tell), or has major physical damage where it is obvious the machine needs replacement plastic parts to make it functional again.
